  • Total Time: 32 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 1 cup fresh or canned peaches, diced
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅓ cup all-purpose flour (for crumble)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter (for crumble)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just incorporated.
  5. Spoon or pipe the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch. Let them cool in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth.
  8. For the crumble topping, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter in a bowl until crumbly. Bake on a tray for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; let cool before breaking into chunks.
  9. Once cooled, slice each donut in half horizontally.
  10. Pipe cheesecake filling onto the bottom half of each donut; add diced peaches before placing the tops back on.
  11. Sprinkle or gently press the crumble topping over each donut for added texture and flavor.
