Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just incorporated.
- Spoon or pipe the batter into the greased donut pan, filling each cavity about ¾ full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch. Let them cool in the pan before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fluffy and smooth.
- For the crumble topping, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and melted butter in a bowl until crumbly. Bake on a tray for 8-10 minutes until golden brown; let cool before breaking into chunks.
- Once cooled, slice each donut in half horizontally.
- Pipe cheesecake filling onto the bottom half of each donut; add diced peaches before placing the tops back on.
- Sprinkle or gently press the crumble topping over each donut for added texture and flavor.
