Instructions
- Crush the Lorna Doone cookies into fine crumbs and mix them with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of your serving dish, ensuring it feels compact.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Gently fold in one cup of Cool Whip and half a cup of strawberry pie filling until just combined.
- Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk as instructed on the package until thickened. Spread this pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer using a spatula.
- Spread two cups of Cool Whip over the pudding layer evenly, then pour another layer of strawberry pie filling on top, spreading gently to cover all edges.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight for best results.
