- Add the sifted powdered sugar and almond extract, then increase the speed to high and beat until stiff peaks form, which takes about another minute.
- Sprinkle the banana pudding mix over the whipped cream mixture while reducing mixer speed to low; mix for 15–20 seconds until just combined.
- Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture together until you achieve an even yellow color throughout without lumps of dry pudding mix remaining visible.
