  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 pieces Ladyfingers
  • 2 cups Raspberries
  • 8 oz White Chocolate
  • 16 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Shaved White Chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups of raspberries and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat together 16 oz of mascarpone cheese, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled raspberry syrup and layer them in a dish. Spread a generous amount of the mascarpone filling on top.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone filling, finishing with mascarpone on top.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least seven hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved white chocolate for an elegant touch.
