Ingredients
- 24 pieces Ladyfingers
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 8 oz White Chocolate
- 16 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Raspberry Syrup
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Shaved White Chocolate
Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine 2 cups of raspberries and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Stir until the mixture thickens and becomes syrupy, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together 16 oz of mascarpone cheese, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until smooth and creamy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled raspberry syrup and layer them in a dish. Spread a generous amount of the mascarpone filling on top.
- Repeat layering with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone filling, finishing with mascarpone on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least seven hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries and shaved white chocolate for an elegant touch.
